What are the festival hours?

Gates open at 11:00 AM on October 11th and close at 10:00 PM. The final main-stage set begins at 8:30 PM.

Where do I park?

Complimentary general parking is available in the North Lot. VIP Parking is a separate add-on and located adjacent to the main gate. ADA parking is signed near Gate B.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes — children 10 and under are free with a ticketed adult. The Kids Zone runs 11 AM–7 PM daily with face painting, crafts, and cultural activities.

What if it rains?

DT Fest is a rain-or-shine event. In the case of severe weather, updates will be posted to our social channels. No refunds for inclement weather.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are not permitted. Sealed water bottles and medical/baby food are welcome. The festival features 40+ on-site food vendors.

Are pets allowed?

We love pets, but only service animals are permitted on festival grounds for the comfort and safety of all attendees.

Is re-entry allowed?

Yes — wristbands allow for same-day re-entry. Please keep your wristband on at all times to re-enter without delay.

When can I set up my booth?

Vendor load-in opens Friday from 2 PM–8 PM and Saturday from 7 AM–10 AM. All booths must be operational by 10:30 AM on festival days.

What are the booth rules?

Booths are 10x10. All displays must stay within your footprint, power extends from marked drops only, and all signage must be approved by the DT Fest ops team 14 days before the event.

How and when do I pay for my slot?

A 50% deposit is due upon booking confirmation; the balance is due 45 days before the event. We accept ACH, credit card, and Zelle.

What's the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations 60+ days out receive a 75% refund. 30–59 days out, 50% refund. Inside 30 days, deposits are non-refundable but can be credited to DT Fest 2027.

Do you provide power and water?

Basic 15-amp power is included. Additional power, water hookups, and refrigeration can be purchased as add-ons during booking.

Question 13

Do I need a food permit?

Accepted Answer

Yes — all food vendors must hold a Loudoun County temporary food permit. DT Fest provides a permit application packet after booking.
